How do I make inquiries or reservations?
Inquiries and reservations should be sent by e-mail.
Please use the request form.You will receive a reply,including reservation detail availability,information on your requests and total cost. No upfront planning fee will required.
Do I need a deposit?
All tours require a deposit to confirm your reservation.
Minimum deposit varies depending on your tour fare.

How do I make payment?
Payment in Japanese yen can be made by bank transfer.
Deposit and the balance of the tour fare can be made by the dates specified.

Cancellation charges will be applied each person after confirmation number issuance. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
How do I make payment?
1.After having received your inquiry,we will send the reservation details by e-mail.
(No reservations are made at this point.)
2.To confirm your reservation,send us your deposit payment by the dates specified on your reservation details.
3.Upon receiving your deposit,we start booking and finalizing your reservation.
4.We will send you a confirmation document by e-mail including Confirmation number.,itinerary,invoice for the balance of tour fare and other required information.
*Reservation is considered completed.by the issue of Confirmation number.
How do I make payment?
Upon receiving the total amount of the tour face, we will send you a final document by e-mail.
It includes confirmed itinerary,hotel information,a map with airport meeting location,local contact person's number and other important details about your trip.
Please bring a copy of the final e-mail with your confirmation number.
